Edinburgh Festival Preview Week & Ramsgate Space Kitchen Launch
Plus, join us for the launch of Don't Miss Broadstairs
I’m kicking off with this week’s newsletter with good news from other towns! Did you know Don’t Miss Ramsgate is part of a trio? First up, I’m so thrilled to say a big congratulations to Don’t Miss Founder, Georgina, for winning Best Community Newsletter at the Newsletter Publishing Awards this week. The competition was stiff, including the likes of The Standard’s London newsletter, and to have Don’t Miss recognised in this way is quite the achievement. Thanks to all you lovely lot who make the community what it is, particularly to our Don’t Miss Crew who support us to carry on doing it (you can find our more about this here!).
In the spirit of celebrating, I’m hoping some of our Don’t Miss Ramsgate readers will be able to join us at the official launch of Don’t Miss Broadstairs tomorrow. All of our team will be there, so please do swing by and have a drink with us at the lovely Finx. You can sign up here.
Don’t miss out, until next week - EJP x
P.S It’s coming home!

Addington Street’s Seabird is set to relaunch very soon. I’ve seen a lot of painting happening in the last week and I’m very excited for it to return with a facelift and a new name.
Thanks for reading! If you found this useful, please share with a friend so we can continue to grow in Ramsgate and beyond!
And if you missed it… last week’s newsletter still has lots of things happening you need to know about.
Don't Miss: Eco Market, Revel Pucks Circus & Strawberry Tea
Forgive me for a quick introduction this week; I’m conserving my energy for tonight’s England vs Mexico game, where I’ve somehow decided to join friends at the Queen Charlotte for the extremely unreasonable 1am kickoff. I’ve never been more annoyed to enjoy watching football. If you’re keen, see you there. If not, there’s loads of non-ball-related event…
