Introducing Don't Miss Ramsgate
Your new (and very in-the-know) best mate for discovering what’s good, what’s new, and what’s absolutely unmissable in our corner of the Kent coast.
In the words of Taylor Swift, “It’s been a long time coming”, but I am so thrilled to be bringing you the first edition of Don’t Miss Ramsgate - your new weekly newsletter filled with Ramsgate’s cultural happenings, hidden gems, independent spots, and events.
A little about me. I’m Emma, or EJP - Don’t Miss Ramsgate’s editor, and the first addition to the Don’t Miss team. I’ve lived in Ramsgate for the last four years (moving over from Margate) and have a huge sense of pride for the people and places in this town. I’m beyond chuffed that Georgina has entrusted me to bring the Don’t Miss concept to Ramsgate and can’t wait to celebrate the diverse range of events we have going on. From art exhibitions to brunch offers, sound baths and soul nights, if it’s happening in Ramsgate, I want to know about it. Simply drop me an email with details.
Before I leave you with our first *jam-packed* newsletter, I have a favour to ask. As the new kid on the block, I’d love for you to share the love. Forward this newsletter to a friend, tag us on social media, shout our name from the rooftops if you have to - your support helps get eyes on the independent businesses featured, and we all know how vital that is.
Don’t miss out, until next week - EJP x
