Well, well, well. How lucky are we? The Ramsgate Riviera has spoiled us this past weekend, and my cup is feeling well and truly full. You can see some of what I got up to in the post below, but there were also parades, a party at Gather& and there’s more to come. I’ve absolutely got my eyes set on one of Scoop’s new ice cream croissants. Happy half-term to all those who celebrate. Here’s what’s on this week.

Addington Street Vintage Trail is back again, and this time the weather looks to be on our side. Last time I sold a record amount of brooms, but you can also join us for vintage homeware, fashion, plants from Lindy, records, and much more.

👨🍼 Spencer Rowell: The Athena 1980s Collection

If you were a homeowner in the 80s, chances are you had some of Spencer Rowell’s Athena collection on the walls (at least that’s what people tell me). L’Enfant, often called ‘Man & Baby’, was Athena’s most reproduced image, and you can see it for yourself in the beautiful old bank building.

TDC is proposing a new Biodiversity Strategy for Thanet. It’s a plan to help protect, enhance and restore biodiversity in the area. You can have your say on it here.
